Hiking at Wild Rivers

Here are some photos from a hike we took today at the BLM Wild Rivers Recreation Area. Here we got to hike down about 800 feet in elevation into the Rio Grande Gorge and see the Rio Grande and Red River confluence. It is really pretty down there in the summer. It was pretty chilly and muddy down there today. Jason and Butch were not as excited as Jordan and I were. We took some pictures from the bottom and top of the gorge to give an idea of the change in elevation. The hike out was pretty tough, but we made it! Enjoy the pictures! Love- Coleman and Jason
