Gourmet Meal!




WARNING: Don't read on an empty stomach! This meal may look like it was prepared in a fancy, high-priced Taos restaurant, but it was actually made in our very own kitchen by the "up and coming" Chef Burnett. Jason made us a great meal to officially break in our new kitchen. Our appetizer was prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with mint dressing. The main course was chicken with tarragon vinegar sauce and lemony potato avacado salad. The meal was concluded with a yummy dessert of raspberry-peach trifle. I couldn't help but take pictures of this awesome meal! Hope this doesn't make you too hungry!
